The room had a comfortable bed, made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The location was convenient for visiting local attractions. I appreciated how quickly I was able to check in. I faced several issues . The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found a dead bug near the bed. The breakfast was quite disappointing with powdered milk that wasn't cold and tasteless, stale cereal. The coffee was also cold. The pancake mixer was clogged, leading to frustration when I tried to make pancakes. The hotel seemed like it needed a thorough cleaning and better breakfast offerings.

Thanks to the nice staff everything was good, including variety ofgood food. Convenient and great position in the middle of jackson, in the industrial area. Located right oof the highway.

Fairly clean hotel with marvellous location in Charleston adjacent to the grocery store as well as industrial area. Great breakfast with good food. Fairly quiet and updated rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds...

Housekeeping had its shortcomings with various neglected cleaning tasks. For example, dead bugs near the bed and dirty edges left under the nightstand. The AC struggled to perform its duty, with one room even containing a soft cookie in its vent. The pool situation was disappointing. It was murky and uninviting, leaving a strong impression of neglect. Stale breakfast offerings didn't help either, with lukewarm powdered milk and cereal that had definitely seen better days.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Ice bucket dirty on the inside, missing coffee pot, tore cups left on tray!!! The pool was closed and the surrounding area was unimpressive!!!

This was right off the highway, we checked in without any issues. Even though the highway is nearby you can not hear the cars drive by at night. Its very quite and you get a great night sleep, bed was comfortable. We even got tooth paste from the front desk because we forgot our at home.

Room doors are on the outside of the building. You have to walk outside to get into your room.

For the amount of money I spent I would expect clean, well kept facilities. There was old candy on floor, divots out of the flooring in the bathroom, chips out of the furniture. I was floored at how poorly it was kept for the price. The lobby was dingy and not inviting.

The workers were nice,the food was good.

i didnt like how they didnt honor my room online and they did not honor the amount of my reservations.therefore I had to pay an extra $30 and it took away from my trip

I particularly appreciated the free WiFi, which allowed me to stay connected for work. The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate was nice. Staff members were helpful when I requested assistance, contributing positively to my experience.

The bed was super comfy, and I really enjoyed the chilled-out vibe of the lobby area while sipping on coffee. The hotel also has a cozy reading nook and a nice little courtyard to unwind in. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a sweet stay! 😊
